the teacher

Trained in traditional Himalayan Hatha Asana and Kundalini Kriya at the internationally respected World Peace Yoga School, headquartered in Rishikesh with a campus in Ubud, Bali, she brings both lineage and lived experience to her teaching. With over 12 years as a dedicated yoga student, her path has travelled through the Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Hatha, Hot Yoga, and Kundalini practices. Over time, she found her home in the grounding of Hatha and the transformative Kriya of Kundalini.Originally from South Africa’s East Coast, she is a widely travelled and deeply curious practitioner. Her global experiences inform her teaching style, which is inclusive, intuitive, and rooted in real life. She now channels her training to support women navigating the profound natural transition of perimenopause and menopause.
Her practice helps them reconnect with their inner strength, newly found clarity, and untapped potential.
The architecture of these practices offers observation, cultivation, and conscious breathwork, inviting practitioners beyond surface-level physicality.Instead, it opens the door to a deeper metaphysical experience.
